Candy came in late Feb.08. she was found abandoned in a house with 10 tan colored puppies. She was a walking skeleton, she could hardly stand up but she was caring for her then 3 days old puppies. Initially she was scared of people, but soon she gained confidence and GAINED weight. She was a great Mom to her 10 babies and is the happiest dog that we have. When she hears you coming you can hear her tail thumping the wall, way before you are in sight. This is one dog that would be your friend for life, she is very grateful. AND there is a bonus, One of her 10 puppies, never left her side, would climb over the divider (no matter how high we made it) just to be with Mama, They cuddle together, eat and play side by side. We would love to see them stay together. Candy is my firm favorite here, loyalty and gratitude just oozes from her.

Paws-2-Help is a small, privately run animal-services charity. A small organization, but big on thinking outside the box.

A priority with Paws-2-Help is abused, injured, or neglected animals, and we try to always accommodate these cases.    A limited number can be housed in our clinic.

Unfortunately, Paws-2-Help is not a well-funded organization, and we survive and rely on donations. No amount is too small! Check out our $5 mile!!
